Unilever es una de las compa\u00f1\u00edas alimentarias m\u00e1s grandes del mundo y se decidi\u00f3 a llevar a cabo una tarea realmente valiosa en cuanto a los desmentidos se refieren: hicieron una web explicando un mont\u00f3n de falsos mitos sobre alimentaci\u00f3n, aportando datos y comentarios de gente totalmente cualificada. En este caso se aclaran muchas dudas con respecto a la margarina, que ha sufrido muchas cr\u00edticas, a menudo injustas.<\/p>\n

Algunos de los art\u00edculos puede que parezcan m\u00e1s favorables a sus intereses, pero se preocupan de respaldar CADA afirmaci\u00f3n con estudios cient\u00edficos reales, hecho que nunca sucede en los bulos. Hay veces que en los bulos se mencionan “estudios cient\u00edficos” pero nunca hay referencias reales a estudios fiables que tengan que ver con el asunto que se trata.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n habla de un estudio de Harvard en el que se despert\u00f3 una cierta pol\u00e9mica: el estudio recog\u00eda datos anteriores que se desment\u00edan para acabar con recomendaciones positivas para la margarina, pero en el bulo que circulaba se emple\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n de manera capciosa.<\/p>\n
